ROBERTO
MONTIEL has the distinction of being a
professional home inspector and bilingual in Spanish and
English. A native of El Salvador, he emigrated to the United
States in 1977. After a 24 year career as a mason
and having his own company, he decided to utilize his
uncommonly fine communication skills and broad
knowledge of home building by becoming a home inspector. He
successfully completed the Building Spec home inspector
course and, during October 2001, completed Alban’s
on-the-job training to qualify to perform home inspections
and environmental testing for Alban. Roberto’s ability to
communicate in Spanish is especially satisfying for his
Hispanic home buying clients and all have raved about his
work. |
