In the rare event that a client’s purchase does not settle,
Alban offers a free inspection of their next purchase.
Unlike mortgage and appraisal fees, your client’s home
inspection fee is not at risk if the sale is not completed.
Your clients feel relaxed about the home inspection
experience, and Realtors can be comfortable recommending an
inspection, which reduces liability for unforeseen home
deficiencies. To
qualify for the free second inspection, we require that the
first transaction have a fully signed residential purchase
agreement for owner occupancy priced under $400,000. Commercial and investment properties do not qualify.
The free inspection must be scheduled to occur within
ninety days of the first inspection. A copy of the original cancelled contract or written
notification should accompany the request for a second
inspection. This offer is good for one time only.
Environmental tests are not included in this free home
inspection offer.

inspection fees on properties inspected that do not settle. Alban
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any request
for a second inspection that does not comply with the program
requirements and Alban reserves the right to change or cancel
